Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the site, and information necessary to process your purchases. 1. Device information

  • Purpose of collection: to load the site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on site usage to optimize our site.
  • Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor WordPress.
  • Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the site.

2. Order information

  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor WordPress.
  • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, any other payment methods, email address, and phone number).

E-mail Marketing

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our E-mail marketing service. We use this information to send you e-mail notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), e-mail marketing offers, and transactional e-mails, including requests for reviews from us. Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via e-mail.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  • We use WordPress to power our online store. You can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here.
  • We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioral Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

  • Using Advertisements on third party apps such as Tiktok and Instagram, we share information about your use of the site, your purchases, and your interaction with our ads on other websites with our advertising partners. We collect and share some of this information directly with our advertising partners, and in some cases through the use of cookies or other similar technologies (which you may consent to, depending on your location).

Using Personal Information

  • We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Retention

  • When you place an order through the site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the ‘Your rights’ section below.

Automatic decision-making

  • If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
  • We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
  • Our processor WordPress uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
  • Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
    Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our site. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another.   • Refund policy

If the customer believes that the item that they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions below, or refer to our Contact page.

It happens to everyone that a product is not as they had hoped. To be eligible for a return, we wish to receive your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Of course you can have tried it on, because how else would you know if it is something for you. This means that the item still has the tags on it, uncut from the item. Hopefully you understand that we will not accept returns from items that have been worn multiple times.

We will help you out with shipping the item back to us. Once it is shipped, we will work everything out and you will receive your money back very soon!

  • Cancellation for pre-orders

During the pre-order period, if the customer would like to cancel his/her order for their personal reasons, please contact us at online@concept06.nl

However, once the inventory arrives and the shipping label is created, the customer will not be able to cancel their order.

But, good news! If the product is not as they had hoped, they will be able to request a refund within 14 days of purchasing!

Exchange for pre-orders

  • If the customer would like to change their size during the pre-order stage, dependent on what size the customer would like to change to, we will try our best to satisfy the customer.
  • Also if you want to change your shirt with a different “shirt”, we will try our best to satisfy the customer, but this also is not guaranteed.
  • Hoodies and shirts can not be exchanged because of the price difference.

Once a refund is accepted

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at online@concept06.nl

  • Shipping policy

Once the site goes live and people will be able to purchase a product, the production of the products will start.

Keep in mind that this production will approximately take 3-4 weeks. Shipping will be around 1 week. Once the items have arrived, we will ship the order in 1-2 business days.

We will update the buyers on our social media, so keep an eye out for that.

Shipping

  • Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually, and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.
  • The shipping price for international shipping is the shipping price that is given by the system, and there is no “set” amount for international shipping. It will depend on where the customer resides in.

Shipping provider

We have never experienced problems with a shipping provider. Please note that we are not responsible for a package that dissapears for whatever reason.
